• Our organization

  The operational missions of the AGS are carried out by the Délégation Unédic AGS network, which covers the entire French territory. It is organised into a National Delegation, 5 Regional Delegations, 13 Management and Study Centers (CGEA - Centre de Gestion et d’Etude AGS) and 2 operational centers in France’s overseas “départements”.

• Our vocation

  Created at the initiative of employers, in the name of inter-professional solidarity, AGS assists employees and employers involved in a receivership process.This scheme was set up to compensate the shortcomings of employee protection resulting from three factors:

  •  The existence of claims with priority over certain wage claims
