Personal data
The AGS complies with the applicable legislation on the protection of Users' personal data and in particular with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation known as the "GDPR").
Each form and remote service is designed to minimise the amount of personal data gathered and clearly states:
- the purposes served by gathering these data
- whether these data are obligatory or optional for the purposes of handling your request
- who may access these data (this will be AGS in most cases, except where a form states that transmission of data to a third party is necessary for handling your request)
- your data protection rights under French law, and how to exercise those rights
The personal data gathered in relation to the services offered via www.ags-garantie-salaires.org are processed in accordance with secure protocols and in such a way as to permit AGS to handle requests received via its information technology apps.
