In an Order dated 19 May 2010, the Cour de Cassation (supreme court of appeal) confirmed its own jurisprudence, whereby the AGS (insurance for guaranteed wages in the event of employer insolvency) does not have to guarantee the debts payable on the date of initiation of the relief procedure.
